The production process of graphene: mix graphite powder, dispersant or surface modifier and water in the high shear force dispersion and mixing batching tank for dispersion and mixing, close the circulation valve first, then open the connection valve of storage tank and dispersion grinding pump. The graphite solution passes through the fine dispersion grinder, hydraulic shear vortex cavitator, and then enters the high shear cyclone ultrasonic accumulator under pressure. When there is no material in the dosing tank, the lower connection valve will automatically close and the circulation valve will open to allow uninterrupted circulation of the graphite solution to exfoliate the flakes, thus achieving the desired results for graphene monolayer and multilayer graphene. Graphene oxide kits are also available with computer control or touch frequency control or fully automatic control methods.
